IS THERE A TYPICAL AGE-RANGE YOU WORK WITH?
There's no age requirement or cap (you are all welcome here!) for my coaching and/or program. If you are a minor I will need to also talk with your parents and have them sign a parental consent form.
I'VE ALWAYS JUST BEEN A PESSIMIST... WILL YOUR COACHING DO ANYTHING FOR ME?
If you have the mentality that you're "just the way you are" when it comes to mindset and negativity, I HIGHLY encourage you to do my coaching or join PTEA. You DO have the ability to change and I can help you do so! Our brains are so much more alterable than we give them credit for, but it takes the right guidance and tools to do so.
IF I DON'T LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES, CAN I STILL DO YOUR COACHING OR JOIN YOUR PROGRAM?
Most definitely! I've worked with folks in the UK, Denmark, Ireland, Canada, and MANY other countries.
IS YOUR COACHING FOR ANY CHRONIC ILLNESS?
Yes! My coaching and program uses general chronic illness terminology to be inclusive of all conditions. The lessons and tools learned in my coaching and program can be used on ANY chronic illness journey.
FOR THE LIVE VERSION OF YOUR PROGRAM, WHEN ARE THE WEEKLY GROUP CALLS?
I take into consideration EVERY member's availability at the start of each week during the live version of th eprogramin order to find two time slots. There are typically two group call slots available each week so everyone has a chance to make a call. Calls are also recorded and posted on our Facebook page afterwards for anyone who misses a call.
IF I WANT LIFESTYLE HELP FOR MY CHRONIC ILLNESS, IS YOUR COACHING FOR ME?
My coaching focuses on the mindset aspect of chronic illness life, but as a former holistic health coach we can go into some lifestyle aspects. I find that, many times, mindset work will start to change around your entire lifestyle, because it's at the root of EVERYTHING. Alongside mindset work we can work on tangible lifestyle aspects like morning and nightly rituals, creative guilt-free space for yourself in your schedule, etc.
