Hi I'm Nat! I help folks with chronic illnesses take control of their mindsets & accept their diagnoses so they can return to living in confidence, joy, & freedom.

Raise your hand if you've ever caught yourself thinking: "why me?" "will I ever be happy again?" "I just wish I was like my old self again" "will I ever find love?" "my life is over." With chronic illness thought patterns of fearfulness, doom, anxiety, self consciousness, and self hatred are so common (and so valid), but they don't have to be your forever. They don't have to run your life. They don't have to control you any longer. Through mindset work I help you break down your barriers that are

keeping you stuck from living as your truest self with chronic illness. I help you reframe and reprogram those thoughts above so that you can find happiness, confidence, and joy again. Together, we toss out toxic positivity, and focus on mental resilience, true optimism, and mindfulness practices that can be used as forever tools. Chronic illness is a b*tch, but you're a badder b*tch. Let's help you rediscover that bada**ery spirit.

“Path to Empowered Acceptance restored my soul. It truly did. It helped to pull me out of the dumps of depression that chronic illness likes to push us into.”

Hi I’m Natalie, but my friends call me Nat! And since you’re now officially one of my friends… Hi, I’m Nat. I’m a Portland-based 25-year-old chronic illness mindset coach, blogger and podcaster who’s purpose on this earth is to help women accept their diagnoses so they can rediscover confidence, joy, and passion in life.

Chronic illness first rocked my world on August 4th, 2017 when I was told “you have ulcerative colitis” and sent on my way with a pamphlet in hand and a head full of confusion, fear, and anxiety. The mindset journey that ensued after a life altering hospitalization 9 months later is what sparked the joy, lessons, and tools I now share with the world.

I’m forever grateful that I was able to take my broken pieces and turn them into something beautiful.
